Please watch: "Jumbo Prawns Fry -Giant/Monster Prawns Fry" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-L3pjhFs4Y --~-- Rava Idli Recipe - Instant Rava Idli Recipe || Sooji Idli Recipe 2 cup Roasted semolina 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 cup Chopped Onion 1/4 cup grated carrot 2 tbsp Chopped Curry Leaves 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander 1 cup yoghurt (curd) 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 3 finely chopped green chilli' 1/2 tsp Mustard Water Salt Oil If Rava is not roasted Dry roast in a pan till it is golden brown Take a pan add oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add, chopped onion green chillies, curry leaves and carrot Saute for 2 -3 mins and switch off the flame Take a bowl and add rava ,curd and the tempering , chopped coriander leaves and S. Mix it well. Add around 1 cup of water to make it idli batter consistency Just before steaming the idlis, add baking soda and give a gentle mix. pour the batter immediately onto greased idli plate. steam them on medium flame for 10 minutes or till the idli are cooked completely. Serve soft sooji idli along with chutney and sambar.
