Ingredients 2 Mangoes Chopped Salt as required 3 Tbsp Gingelly oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 7 Garlic cloves sliced 1 Tsp ginger grated 2 Tbsp red chili powder {As needed} 1/2 Tsp turmeric 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida Powder 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek Powder 2 Tbsp Vinegar Method Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.Add in chopped garlic and ginger a. Add in the red chilli powder and turmeric on low flame.Saute till the raw smell disappears and is slightly browned. Add in the cubed mangoes.Toss the mix and let it cook for a minute. Add in the fenugreek powder and asafoetida powder on low flame. Turn off heat and add in vinegar . Let it cool down completely before bottling.The bottles/ bharani should be cleaned and without any moisture content.
