Also known as Ethakka appam. The main ingredients are ripened banana and Maida flour. It is a popular Snack item in other States of South India also. BANANA CHIPS Banana chips are Deep fried crispy slices of bananas, originated from Kerala. They have a mild sweet & salty taste also. so I would recommend whoever is traveling to Kerala must try these two snacks.
