All rights go to respective owners. So, yeah, I have watched a new show. This time for real. I barely get myself to watch anything, but when I saw videos coming up from Wednesday, I was instantly hooked on this couple. After I have actually watched the show, I'm not entirey sure about shipping them, I mean, I like their chemistry and enjoy their interactions, and I think, I want to ship them, even though a few things are not for my liking about them, but many things are, so... Yeah. (I thought btw, that I couldn't edit any soon, but I could, it's just maybe I can't use a lot of things, but idk yet. I tried out using the laptop and it worked, but I lost all my files again, so... Anyway, it's complicated.) But I have watched a video, when someone analyzed all of Wendesday's possible ships, and pointed out how Xavier and Tyler both didn't really get any signs from her, which would show she likes either, and then they both seemed to be mad at her not returning their feelings? I mean, I can kinda see that. And the youtuber also pointed out, which I can't get either, how Xavier even thought of that Wednesday would want him to go to the dance with her, and yeah, like she didn't show much interest. BUT! Even with her constant insults towards him, I can still somehow see her liking him. In her own twisted way. But I don't know. It just wouldn't feel right, if he didn't get her enough space to let her figure out whether she likes him or not. It's kind of like, he wanted to force her to like him. But I don't think, he knew he was doing that. Anyways, I just want her to have a free choice. But on the other hand, he really did care for her. And what I realized, while watching, that the first thing he did, after being rescued from jail by Thing (where Wednesday sent him) he ran to save Wednesday, so that is what got me the most. He forgave her without a proper apology and ran into the danger to help her out. I know, after Wednesday saved him from being shot with an arrow, things got more even, but he still went there for her, and risked his life for a girl, that falsely accused him and got him to jail. And that IS something. Also I don't consider him as obsessed as some other people make him out to be. There are much worse examples throughout tv history, like for example Damon with his obsession for Elena. Now that was painful to watch. Yet they are one of the most shipped couple from tvdu universe. Also, I think Kol with Davina was maybe even worse in my opinion, but barely anyone mentions it. Almost everyone shipped them, which I can't seem to understand. What shows me the most, he is not as obsessed as these two, that when Wednesday was shot with the arrow, he ran to her and wanted to help her, but she sent him to help the others, and he did leave her and did what was right. And it could be really hard to do, given the situation. Damon would never leave Elena in a situation like that. But Xavier chose to do the right thing, even if it was hard. So, I see them very differently. But to be entirely honest, I never thought I'd find myself shipping a couple, where the guy is THAT MUCH into the girl. I'm weird with my shippings, I know. But I can't quite explain my "shipping rules", because it contradicts itself at some points, or it seems. Anyway, the show was great. I only didn't enjoy the mystery parts as much, because I knew almost everything before watching it. Yeah, I always spoil myself everything. But it still is a good show. Coloring: KeepHopeAlive
