In 2019 at the Digital Summit in Belgrade six Western Balkan economies signed the Regional Roaming Agreement. Thanks to the agreement now we pay between 83% and 96% less roaming charges in the entire Western Balkans and the next step is 0 roaming costs for the entire region as of July 2021 . Digital Ministerial 2020 is being held in Tirana and brings together high-level representatives of the Governments from the region, the European Commission, the RCC, business community and other relevant stakeholders.
