UULA Sermon: Buddhism Part 2, The Three Marks of Existence. Sermon delivered Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 at the Unitarian Church of Los Alamos. Unlike most of my other videos, this one is a recording of an entire service where I gave the sermon rather than a recording of an Adult Religious Education lecture. Therefore, the material is presented in a more devotional form than normal, and the entire service is in the recording, including songs, announcements, children's story, etc. I cover some of the same material in Buddhism part 3 from a more academic perspective. The subject is the "Three Marks of Existence", or the "Three Dharma Seals". I discuss these three important concepts in Buddhism, and discuss how a deeper understanding of these three elements of reality can reduce our suffering.
