In this recipe I show you how to make palak pakore or spinach pakore recipe at home. This is also known as crunchy palak or kurkuri palak as this pakore is very crunchy. This is one of my favourite tea time snack to eat especially with chai and during monsoon.

1 bunch of washed and dried Spinach leaves
For the batter:
2 cups Gram flour
3/4 cup Water
1 tbsp carom eeds
1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
1 tsp. Turmeric powder Salt, as required
1 tbsp. Chaat masala

- Mix all the batter ingredients together with a whisker.
- Add water and make a batter that is moderatelythick.
- Then add 1 tbsp. Hot oil to it.
- Heat oil in a wok, dip the spinach leaves in the batter and fry them in it until crisp.
Crispy Palak Bhaji is ready to eat!
