Retro Hound's video: Bee Gees - You Win Again Edit

The lead single released from their comeback album, E.S.P. , this is the edited version taken from the US 7" promo. Written by the brothers Gibb, You Win Again was a massive hit throughout much of the world, including a No. 1 hit in the UK for four weeks. Of course, if you lived in the US you would never know it - the single stalled at No. 75 on the Billboard Hot 100. Apparently Americans still had contempt for the Bee Gees over the disco backlash. Ah well, it was their loss. Thanks to this hit single, it made the Bee Gees the first group to score a UK No. 1 hit in each of three decades: the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. But no need to fret - the US welcomed back the Bee Gees to the top 10 only two years later. Enjoy!
