The study entitled, “A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Cross-Over Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of Oral Ketamine in Patients with Rett Syndrome,” is recruiting females aged 6 – 12 years old with a definitive MECP2 mutation at 6 centers in the US: Vanderbilt, University of Alabama Birmingham, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Rush University, Boston Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
