Over a decade after my mother's death and tearless memorial service, I saw a vision of my mother on the smokey banks of the Ganges River. It may have been my imagination, or just in my mind's eye - but I felt such love and forgiveness. Tears and emotions overcame me. I finally felt some closure with my relationship with mother. I felt and knew that not only did I love her but that I knew in her own way, that she always loved me. This is a very healing event that took place in 2004 on my first trip to India.
