Ricardo Pena's video: Spring climb of Quandary Peak 14 265

@Spring climb of Quandary Peak 14,265'
Ten mile range, Colorado. This was a pretty windy day (as it's often the case on winter and spring ascents of this peak) but luckily the summit had a lot less wind. This climb was part of a week long "Colorado expedition" with James, Giles and David who came from England (and Afghanistan) to do all kinds of mountaineering unfortunately we had the worst blizzard of the year on that week but we made the best out of it. We hiked Bear Peak 8461' in the blizzard, we did a bunch of rock climbing in Boulder including ascents up the first and second flatirons, we did a snow ascent up Mt. Sniktau 13,234' in really severe high winds, James Peak in white out conditions (so we did not summit) and Quandary Peak as you can see. here. The next day we finished we some hiking and fun scrambling in Dinosaur Mountain (scrambling up the Gazebo and the Front Porch). In spite of the bad weather we had a great time!
