@Strange Static Activity at Haunted Peabody Mansion

This strange static on our comm radio only occurred in the master bedroom on the third floor of the famous Peabody Mansion. It happened several times throughout the night, but only in that room. We checked with the other two teams who were on other floors at the time and none of them were getting any static at all. We also swept the room and door frame for electrical, and EM fields but found none that would affect the radio. Is it paranormal? We can't say for sure at this time but it is certainly interesting.
