Day 1 I struggled to do 215 for 4 reps. One month later I hit 265 for a triple and 275 for a single with reps in tank. New calculated 1rm is 290 #. The key has been consistent progressive overload. I have a long way to go and a lot of beginner gains left so i'm looking forward to keeping up this pace for another couple of months (or more, hopefully), and after that i'm sure the will be some sort of stall. At that point I will reevaluate my program and adjust it accordingly. But until then i'm just gonna enjoy the ride on the gain train.
