@Squat PR With BAD Hip Shift: Training Vlog 11
Glad to PR, not satisfied with the technique used. This is my cue to reset my training max, work with a more manageable weight, and switch movements for a while. Will probably swap out squats for tempo squats / pause squats as my t1 movement and move my standard squat into t2, forcing me to work in the 65-85% range for higher reps. I believe this strategy combined with some mobility and movement drills will help correct the hip shift and propel me towards my goal of squatting 400 this year.
