We did WHAT??? YUP, overnight canoe camping ⛺️ What a blast! We headed north up to Boscobel, WI. Myself and the family had a great time renting a canoe from Wisconsin river outings. Our drop point was located in Gotham, WI followed by a down river paddle of 23 TOTAL miles. All total it took about 8-9 hours over a 2 day period. Thankfully, the company offers some excellent tips on how to prepare for a journey like this! We did the relatively short trip, the longest runs in the 90 mile range and can’t take 5-7 days depending on how quick you want to get back. If you haven’t been out on a canoe or kayak I highly recommend giving one a shot. The memories will last lifetime!!!
