@Make Your Own Beef Jerky! How to Make Beef Jerky In The The Nesco Dehydrator
This week I am doing a nice review of my Nesco Gardenmaster Pro Dehydrator Model FD-1010. This is a wonderful dehydrator that makes the BEST jerky I have ever had! It is good for so many other things as well. I am also doing a recipe for New York Italian Style Beef Jerky! It is delicious! The recipe can be found below! Enjoy! Crushed red pepper flakes to taste. (optional) 1 Tsp. thyme finely crushed or rosemary or both. (optional) Method: Trim and slice your meat to desired length and thickness.
