This is my follow up video after my 90 days body transformation challenge video, christian guzman summershredding challenge. A lot of you guys have asked me about what my macros and diet looks like so I thought it was time to make a video about it. The macros I use in this video is not exactly the same as I used to get to my very peak week but it's based on my average! I'm doing intermittent fasting and I'm using IFYM as my diet method. If it fits your macros / bro diet. I like larger meals so I think intermittent fasting works perfectly for me! I felt a bit hungry in the morning the first week of trying intermittent fasting but then my body got used to it and now I don't feel any hunger in the morning, wich is a great thing if you have a lot to do when you wake up! I would recommend to have your training scheduled in the earlier hours of your day so you could time your oatmeal or other preworkout with your training, because you're not able to eat as much carbs when you are cutting, but you still need them to be able to train properly. Meal number 1: Oatmeal with proteinpowder Meal number 2: Groundbeef stuffed mini tortillas with some bellpepper/salad/corn. Meal number 3: Protein bread + peanut butter Meal number 4: chicken salad/Wook - tacosauce, or kvarg sauce... If you want to get shredded and maintain your muscle while loosing fat make sure to eat a lot of protein and lower the amount of carbs that you take in. You need a high protein diet because your body burns muscle during the deficit and a high protein diet will help you to prevent muscle loss. Don't get to low on carbs though, you still need them to train hard and maintain your strenght during the cut.
