How to manage your fitness with a 9-5 job! It can be hard to manage your fitness while working a 9 to 5 job. You might find it hard to have enough energy after work or you might not see the results that you're hoping for... This could be because you don't know how to manage your fitness properly in combination with your current 9-5 job. It's important to understand if you're working with a sedentary job or a active one, and then make your nutrition and training plans in a way to suits your goals and your current job situation. I hope that I can help some of you guys to get on the right track and start making improvements in your fitness while you're working that 9-5. To get your maintenance simply calculate your bodyweight in pound x 14-16, 14 is for sedentary people, and 16 is for active people, so then 15 most be fore the people that are somewhere in between! Set a goal and then choose if you want to add or subtract calories from your maintenance to see desired results!
