César Arias (nacido en México D.F., el 4 de octubre de 1941 - 20 de diciembre de 2020) fue un actor mexicano que incursionó en teatro, televisión y doblaje, conocido por ser la voz para Hispanoamérica de Albus Dumbledore en la serie de películas de Harry Potter. También fue conocido por haber doblado a actores como Jim Broadbent, Burt Young, e Ian Holm, y a personajes como Alberich de Megrez Delta en Los Caballeros del Zodiaco, al Profesor Charles Xavier en la serie animada de X-Men, a Donatello en Las Tortugas Ninja, a Hiruzen Sarutobi (Tercer Hokage) en Naruto y a Kenpachi Zaraki en Bleach. Solía doblar a personajes sabios y de avanzada edad. Falleció el 20 de diciembre de 2020 a los 79 años de edad.
