March - April 2016 Here we are exploring a bit of Osaka city life ~ We visited places like Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, America Mura, Osaka Umeda, Abeno, and more ~ —— I’m gonna try to list all the places we visited in order to better understand where we went. The battery for my Canon camera ran out when we got to Osaka Umeda station so there’s no commentary after that ^^;; America Mura or "Amemura," is supposedly considered Osaka's counterpart to Harajuku because of its creative and hip fashion. And, well, as the name suggests you can also find some things from the US. Although it didn’t feel as lively or fun as Harajuku… But we only walked through so I didn’t really check out any of the stores. A very popular tourist destination. Although it was much smaller than the actual one in Shibuya, they still had some nice things. Although a bit far away from where we live.. http://109abeno.jp/ Then we took the bus from Imafuku Tsurumi (where we live), and it went directly to Osaka station! Very convenient. EST Osaka Umeda Great place for shopping! I just walked through but I found many nice stores inside :3 http://www.est-sc.com/english/ HEP FIVE Osaka Umeda Also lots of shopping here, but my Canon camera ran out of battery so I couldn’t film anymore :( But I managed to take some clips with my Sony camera when we took a ride in the ferris wheel they have on the top floor! https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g298566-d321324-Reviews-Hep_Five-Osaka_Osaka_Prefecture_Kinki.html —— Video Arcade アミュージアム茶屋町店 Just north from Umeda / Osaka station, right across from Umeda Loft there is a nice video arcade where we stopped by to play some games! The battery from my Canon camera had died so I only filmed a bit with my Sony camera. Usually with meat or vegetables. Very good!
