Add hing & fennel seeds. Fry for few seconds. Add gram flour & fry for 2mins. - Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder & garam masala. Cook for 1minute. - Add moong dal paste & cook for 2mins. Add salt, sugar & kasuri methi. Mix everything & the stuffing is ready. Let it cool down. For making dough- - In a mixing bowl take plain flour, salt, carom seeds & ghee. Mix everything together. Add water & make a semi-soft dough. Cover & rest for 15-20 mins. - After 20mins knead the dough again for sometime & divide into small portions. Cover & keep aside. For making kachori- - Make small balls of the stuffing. Then take a dough ball & spread like a bowl shape. Now place the stuffing ball in the centre & close the sides. Repeat the process for the remaining & make all the kachoris. - Heat oil for deep fry & fry the kachoris on low-medium flame till golden brown. Take out & fry the remaining in this way. - Your Moong Daal Kachori is ready to serve. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or tomato sauce.
