Ripe's video: GROCERY STORE MAKES 1 2 MILLION SELLING VEGAN PRODUCTS

Since its launch in March 2018, an all-vegan grocery store and cafe called Vegan Fine Foods made roughly $1.2 million selling vegan products.... This success has prompted founder Steven Smith to consider expanding the company to include an online store and a personal line of beauty, food or health products. The store, which is stocked with 4,000 plant-based products, has served 35,000 customers (75% of whom aren’t vegan) has been vastly successful. Smith has hopes of making it the all-vegan equivalent of Whole Foods Market. With this goal in mind, he launched an equity crowdfunder on WeFunder to raise money for the expansion. So far, Smith has raised twenty thousand dollars of the one million seventy thousand dollars necessary to embark on this mission. Of course, there’s something in it for the investors as well.
