Went to the shops in a Mask and gloves, got some bits and attempted to cook up a little Caribbean Feast; Ackee and Saltfish, Callaloo with Scotch Bonnets, Fry Dumplings, Green Banana, Plantain, Red Pepper Vinegar Salad and Avocado.
