Rishman's video: Kick Gear Assembly Hero Pleasure Die in this Town The Seige DIY DARTH MOTO

This is the process of assembling the Kickstart Gear of Hero Pleasure. (Same in most of the gearless scooters.) Part cost - 280/- (as on 06-03-2019) Clean the casing with some kerosene to remove all the residues. Clean all the gears, spring, washers. Place the spring on the spindle gear as shown. Put the spindle gear in the casing. Place the washer and the clip on the kick shaft. Flip the casing and then put the spring in proper tension carefully. Then press the kick a little and then match the kick gear with the friction spring facing opposite to the main gear. (Friction spring may vary, but the principle remains same, to hold the gear in place) Then clean the cover plate before installing it back in. Tighten the screws and there are locks for the screws that you need to lock before installing the whole casing back on the scooter. That's it. Off you go. :) © The Seige - Die in this Town.
