Mutton - 1 Kg (Curry cut) 2. Potato - 4 (big) - cut into half piece 3. Onion - 4 (small or medium) - cut into slices 4. Yogurt - 1 cup 5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp 6. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp 7. Salt to taste 8. Turmaric Power - 1 tsp 9. Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp 10. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp 11. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp (for marination) 12. Gota Garam Masala 13. Dried Red Chili - 2 pcs 14. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp 15. Tej Patta - 1 pcs 16. Mustard Oil - as per needed 17. Meat Masala - 2 tbsp (optional) 18. Salt to taste 19.
