'Fast Facts' features the inauguration of the Bataan Government Center and Business Hub, ‘The Bunker,’ led by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte at the Capitol Drive in Balanga City, Bataan on September 12, 2019. Carrying the vision of attaining the lowest poverty incidence and top-level Human Development Index in the Philippines by 2020, the local government of Bataan opens ‘The Bunker’, a public-private partnership (PPP) project that houses national and local government agencies, government financial institutions, and private partners under one roof for greater convenience through its improved public service delivery.
