Here’s a link- https://www.facebook.com/groups/1171483046225309/ PUMPKIN CUSTARD This recipe is really flexible. I have made it with more and less eggs than what you saw here in the video. I also make it with lots of spices some days and very little spices other times. You can really play with it and make it what you want. 4 cups pureed pumpkin or winter squash or 2 (14 ounce) cans of pumpkin puree ¼ cup milk or milk substitute - We like canned coconut milk ¼ cup molasses 1 ¼ teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional) 10 eggs 1 cup brown sugar (Adjust to taste. We often use less.) 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon ½ teaspoon cloves ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg Mix together until all ingredients are incorporated and batter is smooth. Pour into a greased 9"x13" cake pan and bake until center is firm and a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center (approximately 30-40 minutes).
