@Best Arm Speed Drill EVER!!!

Can't explain this - I had my best racket ball hitting session EVER today!!!!!! at the age of 54 and 3 months - I've been doing this exact same drill for 35 years to develop my arm speed. It is even the same racket. I was hitting the Racketballs so hard I smashed two of them in the same session today???
