Roam Overlanding's video: On Foot In The Kruger National Park Lions Elephants Good times on The Sweni Wilderness Trail

@On Foot In The Kruger National Park. Lions, Elephants & Good times on The Sweni Wilderness Trail!
The Sweni Wilderness Trail is one of the many incredible experiences you can have in the Kruger National Park, some a bit more special than the traditional way of exploring the park. Getting out and doing it by foot! The walk was split into 2 days, with an average of about 20km of walking per day, this was sure to be a challenge for me, spending most of my days traveling behind the wheel of my kitted Overlanding Hilux, and editing the films, these boots weren't made for walking! But I was up for the challenge, especially considering this was such a unique experience. I would be leaving the Hilux at home and all my fancy gear, and taking just the 3 bags with all my camera kit, clothing and drinks. The rest would be catered for! What a blessing, and honestly this trip marked the beginning of my year end holidays, so I was so glad after 18 days of travel to let Roelf do all the driving! But before the adventure could begin, I had to get the hilux sorted out! which meant popping in at Multi tyre in Boksburg for a tire rotation and road force tire balancing; we also had to get to Outdoorphoto in Pretoria to pick up some awesome new lenses for the trip from their Rental Division.
