Turkey sausage pan fried over a wood fire. Two layers of Colby Jack cheese, sausage, onion, pepper, Pico De Gallo, seasoning and La Victoria Salsa Brava hot sauce all wrapped by low carb wrap. Cooked indirectly using a wood fire. The wrap is crispy and the insides are hot and oozing with a nice flavor only a wood fire can produce.
