In the weeks running up to the Scottish elections, we met with Patrick Harvie, Member of the Scottish Parliament for Glasgow, and Co-Convenor of the Scottish Green Party, to find out why Glasgow needs a Robin Hood Tax. The cuts being proposed by Glasgow City Council, £115 million, could be paid for in under two days by a tax on the banks.
