Arguably the most macro-appealing of the Godzilla franchise, this film has some great kaiju moments, and this video has been edited to remove all the plots and sub-plots and mood-settings and stuff, so that it presents only the most satisfying scenes. That is not to say that the full film is not worth watching. To the contrary, it is a good evening's entertainment. You can find it on amazon.com as "Return of Godzilla" (1984). Be sure you get the original Japanese version, though. If you see Raymond Burr's name in the description, run away.
