Happy , friends! What happens when you combine reverse planks with foam roller balancing? ⬆️ THIS ⬆️! 😃 ⚠️ Fair warning ⚠️: These exercises move from less hard to hardest (note that easy wasn’t an option 😅). Aim to control each version before moving onto the next.
