You can use any foam roller for these. Although after using the ROLLGA I don’t think I’ll be able to use another 😂.. it’s amazing 💗.

1️⃣Tilted pushups x 8-10 each.
2️⃣Plank in and out x 12.
3️⃣Push ups 3 ways x 12.
4️⃣Plank with contralateral knee tap and rotation x 10 each.
5️⃣Quad roll with Tricep ext x 10.
6️⃣Follow with some some rolling! .
