💯The Amazing @allykborn ・・・ I got up this morning and rode my bike on the trainer for the first time in a month. It felt good. 😅 Nothing crazy, just good solid cadence. . . Then I had fun playing around with my and today with my @rollgahealth roller. And just so you can see how I’m far from perfect, I included all the mess ups as well. I’m always trying to improve my alignment in handstand. What I learned today was to really force my gaze further down. 🙌🏼 . Rocking @smashfestqueen shorts and socks 🖤💓🖤 . .
