Trainer tip... Robert showing us how to use the new @rollgahealth rollers!
First Demo: To roll out your lower/upper back, place the roller at the bottom of your back with the ridges on each side of the spine (the spine should not be contacted by the roller). Bridge your glutes up and slowly roll toward your shoulders stopping at any point to allow the knot to slowly be released.
Second Demo: To roll out your shins, on your stomach place your shins in the ridges to avoid hitting the bone, avoid hitting the knee caps.
Third Demo: To roll out your calves, place them in between the ridges, and roll while staying below the back of the knee and elevating yourself off of the ground.
Fourth Demo: To roll out your quads, go into a plank position on your forearms, place your quads in the ridges, and roll back and fourth, while staying above the knee cap.
