What makes the business challenging is you. Network Marketing is a personal development program with a compensation plan attached to it. As you grow, so will your business. If you don’t grow, your business won’t grow. Average person only sponsors 2 people because they don’t choose to grow. You have to keep growing. Once you make a conscious decision you’re willing to do what you have to do to be successful in this business, recruiting will be easy for you. You have to decide you are truly willing to learning and APPLY what you learn. Game Plan: 1) Every day you should be working on yourself. 2) Sponsor 12 people in less than 30 days. Pick a date of when you will have your 12 done. 3) You need to talk to 120 people to sponsor 12 (you’ll probably get 1 out of 10) in less than 30 days. They must see/hear your verbal commercial 4) Create your verbal commercial of your vision. Must be less than 3 minutes. Includes what is it, where are you going with this and what’s in it for them. 5) Recruit up, people that can make a significant impact on your business. Go after everyone, but don’t be afraid to recruit up. The only shot you can’t make is the one you don’t take. Take the shot!!
