Remember Siddharth Pithanj - Sushant Singh rajputs friend and employee who was one of the last one to see him alive and the first one to see him dead? He is still in jail and will continue to stay there. 28 yr old Siddharth Pithani, who got arrested in May by the Narcotics Control Bureau in an alleged drugs case linked to the Sushant's death is not getting any relief from the court as of now. His bail plea got rejected yet again by the court stating that 'at this stage, it is difficult to come to any particular conclusion whether the accused Siddharth Pithani is involved in the chain of activities of drug dealers. But, considering the gravity of the matter and the seriousness of the offenses  and the independent evidence the judge said that he is of the opinion that Pithanj is not entitled to be released on bail at this stage.' Earlier in August, Pithani had filed the bail plea in the special court but it was rejected. Pithani did get 15 days relief to attend his wedding on June 26th this year and he was then back in the jail. The NCB said it had recovered incriminating materials, including photos and videos, from Pithani’s phone. On the other hand, 49 year old actor Armaan Kohli, who was also arrested by NCB on August 28 is trying hard to get out and his bail hearing will take place on September 28.
