The Mumbai police have named 46 yr old Shilpa Shetty as a witness in its charge sheet against her jailed husband Raj Kundra, who is accused of producing and streaming porn on mobile apps. According to the 1,400-page charge sheet, Shilpa Shetty told the police she was not aware of her husband's activities as she was busy with her own work. "I was too busy with work, I did not know what Raj Kundra was up to," she said.. The police have accused 45 year old Raj Kundra, of streaming porn content on these apps. Shilpa Shetty also told the police she didn't know of the controversial apps "Hotshots" or "Bollyfame", which was launched after Hotshots was removed from app stores. The charge sheet says Raj Kundra used the premises of Viaan Industries Limited to run the porn racket. Laws against publishing and transmitting "obscene material" are tough in India, though watching pornography in private is legal. he police have so far arrested 11 accused in the case which came to light in February this year after a raid on a bungalow in Mumbai. Apart from Raj and Ryan, two others including Kundra's brother-in-law Pradeep Bakshi have been shown as absconding in the charge sheet. The charge sheet cites more than 40 statments including that of Shilpa Shetty's.
