Ronald Vaughan's video: Tiana Alexandra on Fresh Air Host:Terry Gross NPR July 22 1993

A short radio appearance by this now-widow from Vietnam. Tiana is a plucky woman whose father was a diplomat. She got into movies,and then married the late,great genius screenwriter STERLING ("Route 66:","In The Heat of the Night",etc.) SILLIPHANT. Tiana made her film debut in the movie "The Killer Elite" (1975) and was in the Hawaii-themed movie "Pearl". Tiana wanted to address several important cultural issues,so she made her very own film called "From Hollywood To Hanoi". She's still around,and even has her own Facebook page. I found this segment on an audio cassette during spring cleaning.
