We have reached the end of this series!! *cue confetti* yaaay! If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know why I got a bit emotional towards the end of this vlog. But other than that I've been going through other personal stuff as well like the stomach flu since the trip started and opening up my emotional wounds for the healing session. Man was I so wrong to think nothing can top SEOULotravel2017! It seems like this Bali trip knocked it off the ranks. In a heartbeat, it was in Bali where: - I consulted a balian/healer who introduced me to yin yoga. - The bnb owner gave me complementary yoga passes during my whole stay because there was an issue with my booking (blessing in disguise!!) - I used those passes to learn basic yin yoga. - I've been practicing since then and wow has this changed my lifestyle. - Also went back to writing which has been helpful in processing basically everything that happened and is going on (healing continues). WHAT HAPPENS IN BALI, DOESN'T STAY IN BALI. Bali. diarrhea. yoga. emotional baggage. writing. friends. family. I booked this trip in the hopes of following Elizabeth Gilbert's (ref: Eat Pray Love) footprints but I ended up finding so much more - a new chapter in my life. The universe really works in entertaining ways and I'd only tire myself in attempting to control how my story unfolds. It's impossible. The most I can really do is just to make the most of our days.
