Rose Nuñez's video: It s been tough but Yin Yoga has been helpful

@It's been tough...but Yin Yoga has been helpful
| When the first news about coronavirus in the Philippines broke out last Feb., I shrugged it off and assured myself, "nyeh maybe it would be like how its predecessors (SARS and MERS) were. I doubt Philippines would GET drastically affected." A few weeks later, the news died down and life continued as it was. "Okay, okay. This is good. This means we're on a right track." Until the first local transmission was confirmed and then everything started moving too fast. Classes were suspended for a day, then extended to a week, and now we're more than a month in quarantine. And we all know (by now, hopefully) that quarantine is not the same for all of us. You see people rejoicing over their excess time and getting bored for the lack of things to do whereas there are those who don't even know how to get through the day. Those in positions are no different. We see a few rising above meanwhile many still turn a blind eye to what really is at stake here. How sad, chaotic, confusing, and uncertain things have been to all of us. I hope this vlog somehow was able to provide a tiny bit of comfort. It hasn't been great to me either but I push on, Sometimes. Because it's definitely okay to not be at our best right now. ________________________ ❇ UERM Students may now avail online counseling by scheduling an appointment at guidanceoffice@uerm.edu.ph ❇ National Center for Mental Health Crisis Hotline (NCMH-USAP) 0917-899-USAP(8727) | 7-7-989-USAP (827) ❇PMHA Facebook Messenger pmhacds@gmailcom 0917-565-2036 ❇Ateneo Bulatao Center for Psychological Services bulataocenter.ls@ateneo.edu ❇Philippine Psychiatric Association: Mind Matters 0918-942-4864 ❇PsychConsult, Inc.
