Finally got an opportunity to capture Central Railway’s Vande Bharat Express on my birthday. Today marks the beginning of the trial of semi high speed train on one of the most difficult terrains of Indin Railways. If everything goes as per plan and also if clearance is received for Train-18 to start its services, it will be India’s first train to climb the difficult ghats without the help of Banker engines. Seen here is Trainset V2.0 heading towards Thull ghats (Kasara - Igatpuri section) for the trials…. Turn up the volume and enjoy the honking and acceleration of Train-18…..
