@Plane Spotting at Toronto Pearson Airport: Rare Cargo 747s, Parked Planes & More
Hello everyone, March 24, 2020 was another interesting day at the airport because of three things: 1) The airport was drastically quieter in terms of airliner movements; 2) Taxiways and ramps are filled with planes that are parked due to low demand; 3) The plus side to this pandemic was that there were a few unusual cargo visitors that day. That day, I managed to see 2 planes that I would never usually see at Pearson, or at least in the daytime. A Cathay Pacific Cargo Boeing 747-8F graced us with a rare afternoon visit, which usually arrives in the very early hours of the morning. To make the day even better, a rare Western Global cargo Boeing 747 blessed us with a rare visit. Some other highlights in this compilation include, Air Canada Jazz in the old green leaf livery, British Airways Airbus A350-1000, KLM Boeing 747, one of the last flying passenger A310s in the world, a pilot retirement flight (which I found out on LiveATC), and more. Out of the whole pandemic (which messed up my life quite a lot), came out a little bit of goodness. Enjoy the video and do not forget to comment, rate and subscribe!
