A 1200 km bicycle journey begins from Pangkalan Kerinci to Krui on the massive island of Sumatra, Indonesia. It's a shock to leave the kayak and the river behind me for the hot and hectic highways. I'm travelling around the planet without ever using motorized transport. I started this journey in Toronto, Canada in July of 2015 and intend to circumnavigate back to where I started.
