This festival is celebrated on the day after Gai Jatra.People participate by wearing different and curious costumes. It is centuries old ritual, but now a day’s people participate in terms to preserve this festival.On this festival, people dress up in unique costumes but Shamans, either traditional or modern, and their performances is the main charm of this festival. One of the joyous festivals of Nepal, participants continues their performance caring less about monsoon rain, thunder or any possible obstacles. This festival concludes its day after revolving Bouddha, Bouddha Pipal Bot and Tushal.In the end, certificates and acknowledgement are awarded to respective personals. From past few years, Bouddha Tamang Society and Bouddha Development Society is co-operating together to preserve and continue this festival.
