Utensilios: Licuadora Power Blender Rinde: 2 vasos Ingredientes: 1½ cucharadas de polvo matcha 1 taza de leche 1/3 de taza de leche condensada 1 cucharadita de extracto (esencia) de vainilla 2 tazas de hielo Para decorar: Crema batida light Polvo matcha Preparación: 1. Vierte las leches en la licuadora Power Blender. Agrega el polvo matcha y la vainilla. Licúa a velocidad media hasta integrar los ingredientes. 2. Añade el hielo y licúa con la función de Pulso hasta que obtengas la consistencia que deseas. 3. Vierte el frappé en un vaso; decora con crema batida al gusto y una pizca de polvo de matcha.
