Utensils: Blender: Power Blender Serves: 3 portions Ingredients: 2 shots of gin 2 cups of ice 2 cups grapefruit or orange juice 3 sprigs of mint (only leaves) 1 dash of syrup For serving: Mint leaves 1 grapefruit, cut into half Procedure: 1. Add gin, juice and ice in the blender. 2. Blend using Pulse function, until you get the consistency you desire. 3. Add the mint leaves and syrup. 4. Using Pulse function, crush the mint leaves to integrate the flavor. 5. Serve in an Old-Fashioned glass with mint leaves and a grapefruit twist.
