(മീനിന് അനുസരിച്ചു വേണം ചേരുവകൾ എടുക്കാൻ ) ഇനി ഏത് മീൻ ആണോ നിങ്ങൾ എടുക്കുന്നത് അത് വൃത്തിയായിട്ട് കഴുകിയശേഷം അതിൽ ഈ മസാല തേച്ചുപിടിപ്പിച്ച് ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ വെക്കുക, പാൻ ചൂടാക്കി അതിൽ കുറച്ച് എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച് മീൻ കഷണങ്ങൾ ഓരോന്നായി വെച്ച് ലോ ടു മീഡിയം ഫ്ളയിം ഇൽ ഇട്ടു രണ്ടുവശവും ഫ്രൈ ചെയ്തെടുക്കുക. ( ഞാൻ എടുത്തത് കോര മീൻ ആണ്. ഏതു മീനിൽ വേണമെങ്കിലും ഈ മസാല പുരട്ടി ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്)
