It is Day 4 of our Atlantic passage and the sea state is worse than ever. Although the day starts well, our autopilot uses so much power that we decide to give it a break and hand steer for a while. The waves aren’t very high, but Polar Seal is rolling like never before, making it very hard to function. Sleep deprivation catches up to me. I feel really tired and start to feel quite down about it. I can’t seem to shake it off until a can of Coke lands on my lap and things go better!
